HOW IT WORKS: 

Step 1: NOMINATE  - Nominations have closed.
Nominate the maintenance professional of your choice (by 11:59 p.m. EST on March 15) in one of five categories:

Step 2: VOTE
Our panel of CRE professionals will pick two finalists for each category, and then voting will open to the public to select the "Maintenance Hero."

Step 3: CELEBRATE
The winner will not only get official bragging rights as a stand-out in their field, but will also receive a cash prize* of $750 and be featured in an article on the Building Engines Blog, BuildingBeat. The runner up in each category will receive $200, and also be featured on our blog.
